To set up a free 15 minute phone consultation with Karen, please take a minute to fill out the form so that we can best help you! This call will be to discuss your needs for treatment, as well as information on your medical history and previous therapy history so we can formulate a plan together for your first session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations will not be refunded with less than 24 hours notice unless you are showing symptoms of illness.
