I am offering in-person orthopedic physical therapy (PT) and holistic therapy sessions (includes craniosacral therapy) at 1530 Wilson Blvd, suite 650, Arlington, Virginia, 22209. Telehealth PT appointments and virtual holistic therapy sessions are available worldwide by video call. All sessions are $260 for 50 minutes and $390 for 75 minutes (exception is New Client Eval/Treatment for $415, 75 minutes).  Please book and pay using the links below.

Phoenix Infinity is out of network with all healthcare insurances.  Please check with your plan to determine your coverage for PT.   Craniosacral Therapy is NOT reimbursable under insurance, however, discounts are available when you book multiple holistic therapy sessions. Masks are encouraged and optional.  I am fully vaccinated and taking all necessary precautions against Covid-19, and other respiratory diseases.

I am currently accepting new patients/clients who are fully vaccinated (or unvaccinated for medical reasons). You must schedule a complimentary New Client Call prior to your first onsite or virtual session. See below menu to schedule.

To Heal the Wounds

 

If you are in the AAPI, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ communities and are financially challenged and in need of my services, you can apply to my "To Heal the Wounds" program. This is a subsidized program where you will pay what you can, and the balance will be paid by the fund. To apply, please schedule a free call through the To Heal the Wounds link below or email Karen.
